What I learned from my birthday
So, I'm officially 31 years old. I had two birthday celebrations. On sunday I basically ate whatever I wanted and yesterday (my actual birthday) had pizza and cake. Do you lift weights?
I hate cardio. I love running, but hate cardio (meaning the elliptical, treadmill, zumba, etc etc kind of cardio). So I lift heavy weights (absolutely love it) and run every other day. Here on MFP I've found that not many people who have to lose a lot of weight actually lift weights... do any of you lifts?
