Hello! How are you guys? Plans for the day? I'm going to try to run today. I've had some problems with my right Achilles off and on since late last year, so I'm really hoping it will be ok because I want to run Wine and Dine at WDW in the fall.

Hello, Hello - It's Day 5!
Still suffering from the head cold from hell. Can't breathe, so working out is not an option for me today. Just laying low and trying not to pass out on the couch LOL What are you guys doing/feeling/thinking today?

It's Day 4!
How is everyone doing? I have a raging head cold that seems to have settled in my throat and I feel awful. I've been laying low and surviving on soup and water today, but I don't think it will throw me too off track.

It's the weekend and I'm determined not to slack off. Lots of cleaning around the house for me today and I'll have to work extra hard not to eat everything I see LOL. How is everyone doing?

I feel like I'm starting to keep track of a prison sentence LOL. How'd you guys do yesterday? Plans for today? I did great yesterday. Hair Loss
I do not know whether to be concerned (to the point of making an appt with my dr) or not. I am losing hair, far more noticeably than is normal.
