This is the time of the year most people are kicking themselves for the condition they are in. The weight loss commercials are about to go into over drive. Speak With Your Doctor
I went to the doctor yesterday. I spent half the time getting praised for my weight loss, and the other half getting fussed. I guess I deserved both. When I got there, they did the preliminary weighing and blood pressure check before seeing the doctor. The weight was fine for me, but blood pressure was a problem. I have…

The Magic Number?
In my opinion, weight loss is the easy part. Burn more calories than you take in, weight loss. My question is, how long did it take to find your magic Maintanance number, and what is it? Perplexed By Some Diets & Long Term Success
Some dieting choices do confuse me. The diets in which you can eat a pound of bacon, but cannot eat corn, peas, rice (I live in the south) or potatoes cannot be healthy. High protein and no carbs can work, but what about the long term? Will you be the skinniest person at the cardiologist? Do you have to be committed to…

The ability to add and delete foods to see how they will work with what I would like to eat is great. Over the last 4 months I went from 190 lbs to…
