Body is morphing....but looking strange
Even though I've lost 13.2 Lbs and been doing a mix of cardio and strength training, my body seems to be taking on a strange shape. I wonder if this is normal. Help for a Newbie!
Hi all! I filled out the exercise portion of my daily log but no calories are recorded for the strength training portion, only the cardio. I would assume that strength training definately burns calories, so how do we record them?
