Waking up six or seven times during the night!
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. I fall asleep very easy, however I wake up atleast six times a night! Which is about once an hour. Calorie Intake vs calories burned!
I am allowed 1600 calories to consume by My Fitness Pal. I burn around 700 calories doing exercise.
