SL and other programs at the same time?
I will be beginning Strong Lifts on Wednesday but I would also like to do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Would it be counter productive to do 30DS daily while also doing SL on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays? I would be using low weight for 30DS; nothing over 10 lbs. Thoughts on this?
