NROL4W vs. Chalean Extreme

I currently do both Insanity (second round) and Turbofire. I am looking to add weight lifting/strength training to my routine. I have no weight lifting experience whatsoever, but I know I need to incorporate it into my regimen to get the lean body that I want. So my question is: Would you recommend New Rules of Lifting for Women or Chalean Extreme to an inexperienced weight lifter? I most likely wont seriously start until the end of July when I finish this round of Insanity, but wanted to know others thoughts so that I could begin investing on what I'll need.

I don't know anything about Chalean Extreme. But I am using NROL4W and I find it very easy to do (just five exercises each workout) and I am definitely feeling the ache. There is a little bit of a experimental phase for figuring out the correct weight for each exercise, but it doesn't take long.0

Okay, thanks!
I feel like I need to go to Barnes and Noble and scroll through the book and get a better idea of what its all about.0 -
You can't really compare them because ChaLEAN Extreme was made to make due with a few sets of dumbbells while NROLFW was made to make use of the equipment you will only find at a well equipped gym. Of course NROLFW will get you better results but it comes at the cost of having a gym membership and having to make a few trips a week down there..0
