Waking up in the night very hungry?
Not sure why this keeps happening. It even happens when I stay very hydrated and eat plenty of proteins. Yesterday, I ate a lot of protein and drank a good amount of water but I woke up in the night at 2 am famished. I drank some water but was still starving so I had some yogurt. So far I'm not putting on weight from the…

I'm always hungry?
I eat my recommended amount of calories but I'm pretty much hungry every couple of hours throughout the day. I also wake up in the night due to insomnia and am hungry then as well. I eat plenty of protein and fiber during the day and drink lots of liquids but I still get hungry all the time. For example, for breakfast I'll…

Healthy weight, eating plenty but no period?
I haven't been getting my period for the last almost nine months. I'm 18, 5'9 and weigh 130 pounds. I don't know my body fat % but I know it's low because I have a significant amount of muscle and not a lot of fat. Oatmeal calories confusion!?
I'm aware that 1 cup of dry oatmeal has 300 calories and 1/2 cup has 150. I measured out 1 cup of dry oatmeal and 2 cups of water and cooked it. The end result was 2 cups of cooked oatmeal. I took out half (1 cup of cooked oatmeal) to have for breakfast. Is it 300 calories or 150? I know I'm risking sounding pretty stupid…

I consider myself lightly active. For the past two months I've been trying to maintain weight after purposefully gaining 7 pounds. I was a bit…

How can I stop late night and early morning hunger cravings?
i have mild insomnia and I'm often up until 10pm-2am. I frequently wake up at around 2:30 am-4:30 am and sometimes cannot get back to sleep no matter what. I eat dinner at about 6 usually and I've noticed before I go to bed at night, I'm really hungry. I figure it is ok to eat since, because of the fact that I get hungry…

10,000 steps per day?
I know about the guideline 10,000 steps per day. I'd like to get in 10,000 steps a day but I'm a college student and I'm often sitting down doing work. I do get in at least 30 minutes of exercise 4-6 days a week though, including strength and weight training. I'm able to do this because I'm usually free in the evenings.…
