Stuffed Green Peppers - Bring Back Memories
I made these last night and though I don't know the calories yet they surely aren't too bad (I'll guesstimate it later) but wow they are very good. This is one of those foods that my parents used to make that just brings memories flooding back. The others are potato soup and chicken spaghetti.…

Why didn't someone tell me about....
Runner's nipple? Come on guys, this is serious business! Ouch! I guess it beats the man rack o' sag I had 4 months ago, but wow. Okay, that is all.

My Little Success Story
I have been buying 38" pants for a year or two and putting them up on a shelf in my closet when they invariably did not fit. I had at least 6 pairs and never took them back. Finally wore a pair today and even tucked my shirt in.

Good Running Shoe Opinions

One has Precor treadmills and the other LifeFitness. I do a solid 3 miles on each and however much more I can do in 45 minutes plus cool down. I…

Another HRM Question
I already think I know the answer, but any chance HRM's are considered a qualified expense under FSA (flexible spending account)?

Anyone Tried Fitbit yet?
This thing looks really interesting and does a lot for the price. Website is fitbit dot com (cannot remember if links are allowed). I would probably just lose the darn thing, but wanted to see if anyone was using one and had feedback. Thanks,

Hello Everyone! Ready to engage now.
Hello Peeps, I have been lurking for a couple of days on the boards which I just found existed. I have been using MFP for about 7 weeks and started eating in a non suicidal way and seeing the inside of a gym in mid Feb. The funny part is I had a stroke back in the fall of 2008 and still did not wise up. Yeah, I am a single…
