Is this bad?
I know cutting down like 500 cals a day is bad for you,but i have a question.If i ate enough for a day and burn 500 calories with exercise,does it have the same effect and is bad?

Will we loose weight?
If we eat calories at maintenance level and workout(walk,jog) about 1 hr a day?Do we need additional calories for every calorie burned during the workout if you want to maintain the weight?

Hi i am asking this for my friend since he asked me how to loose weight but i am kinda confused with the thing now so i'll better ask you guys.He's 45, 5'4 and currently at 94 kg's or 207 lbs.Give me a plan for weight loss of about 1-2 lb per week or about as much as it can while healthy.
