Hi i am asking this for my friend since he asked me how to loose weight but i am kinda confused with the thing now so i'll better ask you guys.He's 45, 5'4 and currently at 94 kg's or 207 lbs.Give me a plan for weight loss of about 1-2 lb per week or about as much as it can while healthy.

2 lbs/week is very aggressive.
His TDEE will be ~2000 calories, if he is doing no exercise.
So he will prolly want to do about 1500 - 1700 calories daily....1500 being on the more aggressive end.....0 -

Just fyi,
Ultimately, it will come with a desire on his part....you can't force it, or you will be babysitting him all the way.....and that will get old real quick.
Not to mention the frustration both of you will have towards each other.....

Ok the bmr is about 1800 so cut about 300 and do some cardio to cut 200 more so 500.How about that?0 -
