So I am wanting to run a 5K this summer. I already run 1 mile a day/3 to 4 days a week. I run with a class as part of our warmup and we only run a mile. Two-a-days?
So I have been giong to the gym every morning (or five mornings a week) for 45 minutes. I am wanting to get a little extra burn in. Is adding a video at home or going for a run in the evening going to be too much for my body to handle? Or if I just increase my food intake will I be okay?

Two months in but not met anyone
