Does anyone find.......
That the more you exercise the less you want to eat? My appetite is dwindling and Im finding that I have to force myself to eat. Is this just a stage and will pass or am I exercising too much and not allowing my body time to eat? Any suggestions would be welcome.

How Can........
How can putting on 3 lb add an inch to your neck your waist and your hips? When i got weighed this morning I had lost 1% body fat, my BMI had gone up. Dont understand how my body is displacing this 3 lb increase. Am so disheartened today.
