Homemade tomato soup
2lbs Tomatoes ( not vine )
2 sticks celery
1 x Knorr vegetable stock pot
Black pepper
1/4 Tsp hot paprika
Garlic clove
Slice tomatoes ( skins too)
Thinley slice the celery
Crush the garlic clove
Place in a saucepan with enough water to cover
Add black pepper and paprika and garlic.
Add the stock pouch.
Bring to the boil
Cover and simmer for 1.5 hrs.
Put in blender.
Delicious soup for snack or lunch and only 100 calories per serving.
