That the more you exercise the less you want to eat? My appetite is dwindling and Im finding that I have to force myself to eat. Is this just a stage and will pass or am I exercising too much and not allowing my body time to eat? Any suggestions would be welcome.

How often and how much are you working out!? You may need to take a rest day!?

I see so many people say this and I'm so jealous. When I work out, I work up a tremendous appetite. It's so hard to stay within calories even though I earn the extras from exercise. I think it is fairly common for people to have a smaller appetite on workout days, but equally common for people to have an increased appetite. I don't think there's anything wrong with having less of an appetite as long as you are taking in a sufficient amount of calories and giving your body the nutrition it needs.

I have the same thing. The days I work out I am WAY less hungry than the days I don't. I have heard the theory that it is a left over from cave man days, when we didn't eat as much while traveling (or running away from danger). I don't know.

Maybe it is just because your body is in fat burning mode, and using stored energy. I think I eat more on rest days because my body needs more nutrients to repair muscle.

I found when I lost all my weight the first time my appetite decreased on its own. I did this all by exercise. I would get full much faster and wasn't hungry as often..

Thankyou for sharing that huney, maybe it is all to do with a shrinking stomach and the fat burning mode thingy. xx
