Which Garmin would you recommend?
I'm looking at buying a new Garmin, I don't want to spend a fortune but want it for running so needs decent specs, gps and I want wrist based hr monitoring. I've been looking at the vivoactive hr and the forerunner 35, does anyone have either of these?

Pull ups are Hard!
Today I tried unassisted pull ups on the TRX with a resistance band, I managed 3 sets of 5 lol, pathetic! Are there any women here who can do pull ups? Do you have any tips for me?

My fitbit HR just died after 6 weeks of use, not good! It now has no display and only syncs to the app sporadically so I'm sending it back. Back pain after exercise, stretching ideas anyone?
My back is killing me, did a brutal circuits class this morning plus 40 mins on cross trainer and my lower back started to really hurt shortly afterwards. Can anyone advise on some good stretches to do? I've done laying on back with knees to chest, both together and singly. Really don't want to cancel gym tomorrow :/

Painful arm, can't extend...should I rest it or will exercise help?

If you eat the extra calories given to you because of exercisin does it cancel out the exercise?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but I just don't get it! If I burn off calories by exercising but then my fitness pal says I can then eat more because of it...?? How does that work?

Best fast weight burning exercise?
I'm currently running for 30 mins on the treadmill every day but am only burning 214 cals, what can I add to boost weight loss? I am going on holiday in a week and if I can burn another 4ibs away before I go that will put me at 9st 4 and I will be happy!
