Garmin not synching with MFP

I'm having synching issues and I'm hoping someone can help me! I have had a Garmon vivofit HR for a few days now and it's not synching with MFP, I've connected as instructed but it just doesn't show anything that the garmin tracks. My other problem is that my broken fitbit is still transmitting data to MFP and despite me going into 'My Apps and Devices', finding fitbit in the 'my apps ' section and clicking 'disconnect' about about a bazillion times its still there in 'my apps' and it's still telling MFP things! What can I do about these things?

    I had the same problem, so I gave up wearing it. hopefully someone else may be able to help

    I've had my Vivosmart for a few months. I did have about a week when I noticed nothing was syncing. I honestly just played around with the buttons and uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I'm not sure what got it working again but it is working. Their customer services is great via email or phone so I would contact them.

    As far as the Fitbit did you uninstall the app from your phone?
