muscle milk/MM Light bad for you?
I drink those 100-cal muscle milk light drinks after hard workouts sometimes, but was just told by a friend he read or saw that they were really bad for you. i tried looking it up, but didnt find anything BAD other than regular MM having too much saturated fat. thoughts?

how much should u net each day?
i finally reset my daily calorie goal to what MFP says for 1.5 lb loss each week- 1310 cals. i know im supposed to eat some of my exercise cals-- but whats a good net target to reach? on days i dont work out ill prob shoot to eat my BMR- mid 1400s. but on days i do, im debating how many workout cals to eat. thoughts??

what i have been doing is setting my cals to 1500, working out hard 5-6x a week (450-800 cal burn usually) and eating 100-200 of my workout cals daily (frequently the case). more often than not, i end the day in the 1600s if MFP sets my calorie intake, it puts me at 1310. is it better to go off that, and eat around 1310 on…
