I am currently working on a project to make a spreadsheet of the most "popular" workout tunes based on pulling as many workout playlists as I can from around the 'Net and sorting them from most appearances to least. I'll also include columns that break down what "specialty" the tune is geared to (for example, did the song…

Guess who's back..back again
Fell waaaaaay off the wagon. Need to do an assessment on scale of just how bad the damage is but went from moving, logging and losing to sitting, ignoring and gaining. Goals for now are to get back in the logging habit and start to move again. A competition at work is shaming me. :p

Aaasand I'm back
Gone for almost 5 months..dropped out about September when work got crazy but unfortunately stopped all running. Beginning at C25K level again. So the goal is small and will mostly be walking vs. running.

The cost of NOT logging food/exercise (AKA newbies...do what I say not as I did..)

Sometimes I got that "You were under" message and other times it was just "Oh well at least you logged...". Sometimes I stayed green in all my macros...but usually I went into the red on at least a couple of…

I realize your hips/knees take abuse when running so I'm wondering: 1) Anything I can do to try and strengthen whatever muscles those might be? (They aren't glutes, pain/soreness is right at top of the pelvis on the sides...) 2) I want to keep…

Getting fit in my 40s
Hello, Greg here. Central Ohio area, age 43, had that "borderline" scare at a diabetes screening so I'm doing classes at the YMCA and working on dropping lots of pounds. I'm only 10 away from the "goal" for the classes that will reduce my risk for the diabetes but I wanna keep the mo' going on the way to an ideal 150…
