I have been eating at TDEE -20% (approx 2200 calories), lifting 3 days a week (New Rules for Women) and doing cardio 3-5 days a week (30-50 at a time). I can't believe it! Just ran 20 min straight at 5mph (W5, D3). It was TOUGH!! But now I feel so happy that I finished without stopping once.... yay!!
