I have a HRM Watch that i got today. I rode my stationary recumbent bike at a constant 11-12 mph for 30 minutes. Im a 26 male 5'11 and weight 225. Does this sound like an accurate or around accurate calorie loss? The watch does ask for date of *****, weight, height, so all the good stuff..
I cant believe after a month and a half of using MFP i have been eating below my calorie goal NOT knowing that my calorie deficit was included. I guess i should have realized since i said i wanted to lose 2lbs a week. Im not starving myself and i dont feel hungry alot and when i do i just eat an apple or some carrots.…
