I have a HRM Watch that i got today. I rode my stationary recumbent bike at a constant 11-12 mph for 30 minutes. Im a 26 male 5'11 and weight 225. Does this sound like an accurate or around accurate calorie loss? The watch does ask for date of *****, weight, height, so all the good stuff..

Yeah, sounds pretty good to me. HRM's are very accurate.0

A HRM with a chest strap or a HRM watch that you have to keep touching?0

If it's a decent brand and set up right then it should be pretty accurate.
Just be prepared for the calories to drop dramatically as you get fitter!0
