Routines..
Is it good / better to have a routine to your days? From when you do stuff, to when you eat, what you eat, when you excercise, ect? I have no routine at all, I eat when I'm hungry and I eat what I feel like (Not really unhealthy stuff, still within my limits). And I feel like its a mess, just going as it goes.

Looking for some good apps to help me be more fit. I currently only have MFP for my food logging, and My Tracks by google to track I guess, thats its only fuctionality. What do you eat for breakfast?
I don't actually eat real breakfast stuff, so I'm thinking of switching to oatmeal. I read that instant is bad, but old fashioned takes a long time to cook (30 mins) What do you suggest? What do you like to eat in the morning?
