Need help with how to meet calorie goal diabetic????
Doc put me on a very strict diet yesterday for high blood sugar. She said all she wanted on my plate was meat and vegetables. How can I meet my net calories this way and should I even pay attention to the calories at this point? I just hink I will have a hard time eating enough calories this way. Any suggestions on food…

Got off track but I am back now.
I got off track and blew it for about 6 weeks. Very disappointed in myself. I had lost about 30 lbs but have gained. I have not brought myself to weight to see just how bad it is but from my measurements I think pretty bad. Praying that I can stay on track and get to my ideal weight.

Gaining weight instead of losing. HELP
