This is so darn hard ..
I'm having extreme troubles keeping to the levels.. I find this to be honest it's getting in the way of my motivation. I am wondering if this is the thing for me, before I may not have done so "perfect" but I ate healthy as I could and lost weight and now..these levels drive me nuts. Like for today..I've made my decision…

Ok, I like some breakfast cereal and found out Cruesly sadly really has too many calories so that goes. I've got Brinta in the house too as I read it is very healthy but ofcourse just about everywhere you read that oats are most healthy. I've gót oats..and checked them in the list and what do I see? 3 points/grams more fat…

I made a classic mistake.. I weight my pasta dry, not wet giving me wayyy too much so now what I gave up for dinner today has pushed me way over my daily limit of calories but I am going to eat my pasta salad in two days. I saved the day already, can I still remove items and do it over and then half everything?
