Hi guys :)

I'm Marjon and live in the Netherlands.
I got shown this program by a friend and I decided it would be easy to do since I'm on facebook often anyway.
I was 107 last year and just over 92 now but didn't manage to have the right mindset for dieting for a long time.
I've turned around all my eating ways since four weeks now though and it's going well, but I find it hard to figure out how to get enough energy and eat varied and keep withing what I should eat for diet.
My biggest problem is, and don't laugh it's very serious..my addiction to Chocolate and Dutch Liquorice.
I've had a horridbly hard time at first leaving them and when I am in stores I still want to just take a bunch of favorites but ..I don't.
I do allow myself a little now and then.
I am here to make sure this time I continue and to give and get support, tips etc.

    Welcome to MFP! Best wishes on your weight loss journey. You'll find good and bad advice here. Just burn more than you consume and you'll do fine.
