question about after making your goal weight
i finally hit my goal weight, should i keeep tracking calories, do i need to do that forever, its beeen about 10 days and so far ive beeen eating good just increased my calories some so i dont lose any more, what do most of you do once you get to the weight you want to be at

i have 20 more pounds to lose. i have my weight loss set at 2lbs per week and its been working well so far. i was wondering if at this point i should change my goal to 1and a half pounds per week or leave it at the 2 pounds thanks to anyone who responds
