plain greek yogurt - what are your favs to put in it?
i saw a similar thread on this but can't find it. i eat Fage 0% - and the only thing i think of to put in it is a little honey with fresh fruit. i need some new ideas!!

would love some company!!! i started w2 this week - so far every run has been on the TM b/c of the heat wave we have going on here - ugh!

relief from DOMS??
i think i over did it. :noway: this is my 4th day of being major sore - although it's better. i ran yesterday and it helped a lot! it was hard to get going, but i pushed myself. for the soreness mainly. so what to you do to get rid of/get relief from DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)???

anyone doing EI210k or B210k?
EI25k = "Ease Into 10k" and B210k = "Bridge to 10k" I had heard of the B210k following the c25k, but had never heard of the EI210k. After I did a bit of research, I decided to go with the EI210k.
