anyone doing EI210k or B210k?

EI25k = "Ease Into 10k" and B210k = "Bridge to 10k"

I had heard of the B210k following the c25k, but had never heard of the EI210k. After I did a bit of research, I decided to go with the EI210k. If you JUST finished c25k, or have continued running regularly, they recommend B210k (6 weeks). If it's been awhile since you've been running but ARE running, they recommend EI210k (10 weeks).

I just did W2D1. Anyone else doing either program????

    I've got B210k app ready to use after my hip heals. However, the Ei210k sounds interesting. I might have to give it a look. Thanks for posting!
