I purchased a NuWave oven last year and now almost everything I cook is done on it. Even Pizza. Does anyone else use it and if so what do you think of it?

Blotted and miserible. Help
Not sure how to get rid of the bloated feeling. My stomach is so swollen and i'm just miserible. I know I have been slack the last week but don't think I should be so bloated. My mother in law says it's because I had surgery 2 years ago and never went through menopause. I hate this feeling. Any idea?

Fan and working out
I noticed when I'm on my treadmill with the fam blowing on me I can go longer and not as tired. Yesterday I tried to run without the fan and I have to say I was tired. The treadmill says I'm buring the same calories with the fan on or off. What do you think?

My dog has a girlfriend. haha
I have a 7 month old Shih tzu puppy and the neighbors have a pekingese female. The last few days when I chain my dog outside she comes over. The funny thing is, if he is not out she sits at the door waiting. I said if she could ring the bell and ask for him she would. haha. Just thought I would share my funny story.

Insanity Fit Test Dvd
I completed the Insanity fit test dvd. Trust I didn't ace it. It kicked my butt. I don't have a HRM so I don't know how many calories I burned. Please anyone one with a slight idea let me know. I need to add it to my exercise for the day. Thanks and tomorrow I start the first day of actual Insanity. Pray for me.

I'm new and need some insite.
I am trying to lose 20 pounds before Nov 30th my 20 years wedding anniversary. I get home from work, cook and try to do zumba or the treadmill for about 30 minutes. I also do 100 crunches, 40 pushups and 50 squats.. It's just boring working out alone.
