I completed the Insanity fit test dvd. Trust I didn't ace it. It kicked my butt. I don't have a HRM so I don't know how many calories I burned. Please anyone one with a slight idea let me know. I need to add it to my exercise for the day. Thanks and tomorrow I start the first day of actual Insanity. Pray for me.

You can classify it as circuit training and just put in how long you did it for.0
