Hey guys, Looking forward to starting Insanity with the fitness test in the morning. One quick question though - how do you track your calorie loss through Insanity? I started the programme in July, managed three weeks but then went on vacation, but never figured out what to track it as in MFP? Thanks!

After a pretty heavy night last night, I treat myself with a bagel this morning, which escaped my stomach within half an hour due to being sick. Should I track the bagel and take the calories off my daily limit?
