I crave sugar btwn lunch and dinner EVERY DAY - HELP!!

Eating while Traveling
I travel a bit and have trouble finding good food in the airport. I often do a good job packing food but time just did not permit this trip. I found a perfect snack at Starbucks. They have brocolli and califlower with fat free dressing. PERFECT! If you have any ideas, please share.

Why Not Diet Soda
I have read in a number of places in the community that folks say to stay away from diet soda. Can anyone tell me why? I enjoy a diet coke with lunch nearly every day. What about drinks like Crystal Light?
