i know it is psychological... 1st day counting calories and i am sooooo hungry!!! i need to lose about 65 lbs. i'm doing okay today, but fighting it.
As we lose weight, do the daily calories allowed also decrease? If so, is it automatic or do we have to manually adjust it? How's THAT for thinking positive.:heart:
