Calories on package
I'm making something from a package. The directions say to use 2tbsp of olive oil to cook. Do the calories include the oil or no?? It doesn't have the "as packaged" and "as prepared" calories that some things have. It has seven servings so it's hard to just look at the fat content to know if that included the oil

Activity level
So I'm debating on what my activity level should be. I'm 5'8 and 204lbs. I currently have it set for sedentary, which gives me 1640 calories a day to lose 1lbs a week.
