Calories on package

I'm making something from a package. The directions say to use 2tbsp of olive oil to cook. Do the calories include the oil or no?? It doesn't have the "as packaged" and "as prepared" calories that some things have. It has seven servings so it's hard to just look at the fat content to know if that included the oil

No, when extra ingredients are used to prepare a food, they typically aren't included in the calorie count. I have seen some foods that have the "as prepared" information, but if it doesn't have that, I would make sure to log the oil that I added.0
