Spinning and Bootcamp on the same day?

So I attend a bootcamp style full body workout MWF, which includes strength, core, and cardio. I did this for a few months then fell off the wagon so last week was my first time back. But tomorrow I have a Spinning class with a group of friends, just a one time deal to socialize after. I'm wondering if should skip my bootcamp in the AM and just do Spinning that night or can I do both. I've done Spinning before so I know it's tough and a lot on your legs. I guess I was wondering should I be missing out on that full body workout or no. My other option would be go to beginner's Yoga tomorrow morning but I'm going tonight and Thursday. I won't be able to workout hard again until Saturday.

    I don't see why you can't do both...it's not like you are trying to do them back-to-back. You will have a period to recover during the day. Go for it!

    I say go for it! Especially since the spinning is the second thing.
