I've noticed I'm starting to get the dreaded skin sack from loosing weight, and while I'm sure exercise alone won't get rid of all of it once I reach my goal weight I was wondering if anybody knows of some good exercises I can do while I'm losing weight to try and minimize the skin sag. :)
Anybody have some quick, on the go breakfast ideas? I'm really bad about stopping by McDonald's on my way to work to get a fruit and yogurt parfait since I never seem to get up early enough to take a shower, straighten my hair, put on makeup, get dressed, AND have breakfast lol.. Everybody I work with suggests grapefruit…
I put these in another thread, but I figured I'd put there here too. The first picture is from late March/Early April last year when I was about 270lbs (my starting weight was 284) and the second picture is from last month at about 238. I'm 234 now. still have a long way to go, but it's a good start! :D
