From what I've heard all of these fitness watches/armbands are basically just overpriced pedometers because everything else ends up inaccurate.

^^^ This. There is no specific food that makes you fat. Some food have more calories than others, so you have to work those into your calorie goals, but there are no magical fat-burning or fat-gaining foods.

Chicken kabobs. Instead of seasoning I brush the chicken in a mix of 2/3 light ranch dressing and 1/3 a1 steak sauce. Toss them on the grill for about 8 minutes per side and they're done. Really good with veggies like bell pepper too.

A good place to start is walking. Go for a 30 minute walk in the afternoon. Every week to two weeks, if you think you can handle it, bump it up by 15 minutes. I don't know anything about your current fitness level or your current weight, so I can't give a whole lot of information. If you have an especially hard time…

I once had a doctor tell me it doesn't matter how much you eat if you eat lean meat and vegetables only. Pretty sure eating 6 turkeys a day would make you fat, regardless of how lean the meat is lol.

The biggest and hardest step is admitting you have a problem and that it's all your own doing. You're already well on your way to fixing it just by doing that. I -love- food. Comfort eating is a big problem of mine too, but I've had to learn to comfort/reward myself with things that aren't food. It wasn't easy at first,…

I've dated 6 guys. 5 of them were unemployed, or became unemployed for REALLY long periods of time while we were dating. All of them have asked to borrow money at least once. I seems to attract men what want a sugar momma. Too bad for them I don't make enough money to be a good sugar momma lol.

135-140. By the way, you're proportions are fantastic, I wouldn't worry about trying to get back to model measurements.

320 sticks of butter (omg that's so much butter!)

I'm down 80 lbs so far, and have another 80 to go. I'm not going anywhere and typically post daily. Feel free to add me! :D

I hear a new "Dr Oz says" comment from my grandma at least twice a week when she calls me. I make fun of her a bit and say things like "all hail his televised shenaniganry. Amen." People who like Dr Oz preach what he says like the bible lol.

I was here. I've had my ups and downs throughout the year, but ending it lower than I started, so I can't complain too much. Not as far along as I'd like to be, but progress is progress!

1.) I get tired of the "x-thing is the healthiest thing your can put in your body" one week and then the next week the same "x-thing is toxic to your body." Or from my grandma specifically "Dr. Oz says....." 2.) the "I guess your off your diet?" questioning remarks because I had a piece of pizza for lunch one day.

about $160-$200 a month for my boyfriend and I, but we're super frugal.

As far as the sweets and pies go, I don't really care for them, so that's never an issue. I have a rule (have had since I was about 10 years old lol) that on big eating holidays, I leave enough room on my plate so that none of the different foods touch each other. It's my way of making sure I don't eat myself sick but…

Chico, California at the moment. Originally from Houston, Texas but I've been all over.

I grew up in the Houston, TX area, but I've lived in Sacramento, CA New York, NY, Lansing, MI, Detroit, MI, Grand Rapids, MI and Chico, CA. Eventually I want to make my way to San Francisco, CA but I've also considered Medford, OR and Canada!

Fill up on veggies, and throw a little bit of protein in (maybe an egg or tuna)

I love this website. It really shows how different two people with the same stats can look.

If you're studying for a test record yourself reading over the material one night, and then listen to that recording while exercising the next night. Give yourself pop quizzes, and for every question you get wrong do 10 situps/push ups/jumping jacks/whatever. Rather than counting how many situps/pushups/jumping…

Clearance racks. Lots and lots of clearance racks. Sears has a great clearance section, target occasionally has some nice clearance. I love torrid's clearance section and they constantly have buy one get one 50% off or buy one get one for $1 sales going on.

I would love to stream, but I don't have time, and probably wouldn't be very good at it. I'm not very vocal while playing video games. When I do have time I watch Eatmydiction GassyMexican Lolrenaynay and when my boyfriend makes me, his dad's is r34p3rofd34th or something like that lol.

This too.

Agreed times a thousand.

I've lost over 40 lbs and haven't changed bra size except in the band. It's a blessing/curse that unfortunately probably won't change unless you get reduction surgery or become severely underweight (please dear god don't do that to yourself.) As far as the back pain goes, have you gone to a specialty lingerie shop that…

Honest answer: Because it feels good to have other people find you attractive. Not that you should change who you are, how you act, how you think, or anything about who you are as a person, but if your boyfriend/husband/whomever think you look great in the red dress, there isn't anything wrong with wearing the red dress on…
