Tuna and Soy
So this may have been posted before, but I am curious about it...I eat tuna quite often, like every day or every other day. Accurate RMR/BMR Measurements
I am just wondering if anybody has gone to a health clinic or somewhere that they have had a professional measurement of their metabolic rates. If so, was it helpful in your weight loss? I am thinking it would help me. I want to start eating the very best I can, including looking at macro nutrients and such. Thoughts?
