Tuna and Soy

So this may have been posted before, but I am curious about it...I eat tuna quite often, like every day or every other day. However, I am concerned about the soy that is listed on the ingredients...first, why is it there? Also, is it bad for you? I love how simple a tuna salad is but I don't want anything but tuna in it!!

I would be more concerned with mercury than soy when it comes to tuna.0
