NSV means a non-scale victory. Those things that show us how far we are coming that have nothing to do with the numbers on the devil machine most people call a scale

My most recent was being able to take off previously tight pants without unbuttoning them.

Yeah I thought about googling it but then I kinda figured it was like an internal term for people on MFP (Figured that one out myself!) so I wasn't sure I'd find it. Also didn't even see the search within the website lol.
