Alright people I weigh 512 pounds I lost 28 in 3 weeks. A little unhealthy but I love working out. I'm burning around 4-5k a day and have got a great plan and team behind me.I'm on here Just looking for friends to chat with and I was wondering if it's possible to lose a 100 pounds in 3 months ??
