Alright people I weigh 512 pounds I lost 28 in 3 weeks. A little unhealthy but I love working out. I'm burning around 4-5k a day and have got a great plan and team behind me.I'm on here Just looking for friends to chat with and I was wondering if it's possible to lose a 100 pounds in 3 months ??

I don't know about 100 pounds in 3 months, but maybe 30-40, yeah. 100 is a lot, and you don't want to lose weight that fast either anyways.
You'll have a lot of excess skin and flabby bits if you do.
Just work out, drinks nothing but water, and cut out all fast food and unhealthy food.
I only drink water, and this one drink called ICE, which is 0 calories, sugar, anything, but it's flavored. It's good.
Exercise 5 days a week, or more if you'd like, but switch it up y'know? Cardio every other day, core exercises, etc.
