Alright people I'm new here. I weigh a ton LoL But I play Semi pro Football I Love working out. I'm currently in this body Building routine because I broke my strength goal of 50 Reps of 225 ( one Session Not all at once ) I'm use to a heavy payload routine. Usually Running workouts that run 3-4 hours at a clip is very common. My Current routine is running around 7-800 reps and have no clue how many calories I'm Burning.
Chest an back ( 60% of my max which we have no clue )
155 x 15 Bench
135 x 15 In Bench
70 Each Bench x 15 Dumbbells
8 60 degree pushups
4 Rounds
100x15 T-bar wide
100x15 T-bar Mid
170x15 Lat Pulldown
130x15 Row
4 Rounds
150x15 Overhand cable cross Single Arm
150x15 Overhand cable Pulldown Single Arm
30x15 fly
30x15 RearFly
4 Rounds
As many pushups as I can do and Planks, Ball smashes and Walker sit-ups.
Any suggestions: ( Non cardio Building at the moment )

no squats or deadlifts? What do you do for lower body? Please don't say run...
15 reps is approaching the cardio range for the lifts too, that's more endurance training than strength. What are your goals?0 -
Bumping.
I do agree to adding dead lifts and squats. Need to work the lower half of the body too.0 -
I don't do stronglifts, but you sound like the kind of person who should consider it. You'd probably benefit from it.0

Way too much volume, reps are too high, & you're not working half your muscle groups.
Find a proven program & stick to it. Don't try to make one up.0 -
Seriously take a look at Starting Strength or Stronglift programs. Fifteen rep sets isn't going to be a strength program in anyone's book.
I do a three-day split (back, upper, legs) and a 3x5 rep scheme, and it's worked now that I'm moving off a SL-esque program.0 -
This is my monday0

That's my monday at the moment: Deadlift half Squats, Leg Press are Wed's, The volume I use is dead on: We're breaking my 5 rep principle which was another High Lift routine: We're Building for horse power endurance and power. Currently Endurance an cut an trying to maintain my overall strength: an Yes I do run.0

My Goals are to Be number one on a 50 man roster on my football team: I won Rookie of the year on my squad last year. Pumping creatine and working out with some former Green Bay Packers.0
