Chest n back ( 60% of my max which we have no clue )

8 60 degree pushups

100x15 T-bar wide
100x15 T-bar Mid
170x15 Lat Pulldown
130x15 Row
4 Rounds

150x15 Overhand cable cross Single Arm
150x15 Overhand cable Pulldown Single Arm
30x15 fly
30x15 RearFly
4 Rounds

As many pushups as I can do and Planks, Ball smashes and Walker sit-ups.

any suggestions : I play semi pro football an do cardio kickboxing for fun
