:blushing: Has anyone ever had one? I watch 'You Are What You Eat' on BBC America, and she's always making people get one. I'd like to, but frankly I'm too embarassed to try and find out where I can go for one.
Doesn't it balance out over the week or does it really matter that you eat the exact amount of calories every day? It seems like I can't get right at my target. I'm always too low or too high. Any suggestions?
Maybe I'm just paranoid, maybe I've seen 'Dodgeball' one too many times, but I feel like the scale at my gym isn't right. I know it's been worked on before so how often can those things get messed up? Is it just wishful thinking?:grumble:
