Hello.. I've heard that if you stop eating after 6, it can help you with your weight loss. I've also heard that it's better when you exercise before you go to sleep.. Is there any truth to this?

Ripped in 30 - weights?
Hey! i just started "Ripped in 30" yesterday and i was wondering how heavy your dumbbells are.. I worked with 10 pounds and i kind of struggled but definitely made it through.

Just wondering.. How does everyone feel about curves on a girl... I see girls at the gym and at zumba that have great bodies but no curves. I'm hispanic so i'm pretty full on top and bottom. Throughout this weight loss process i definitely want to tone up but not lose my curves. Any girls agree?

Gym Classes
Are they worth it? I have been taking a couple at LA Fitness.. My favorite one is called "Body Works plus Abs" We start with 2 pairs of dumb bells a mat and a bench.. Do they work? Any success stories ? Thank you :)

Strength Training
How many times should i be doing strength training a week? I do cardio/dancing classes 6 days a week for 2 hours a day and i have a personal trainer but i only meet up with her for 30 minutes a week. What is the correct balance for cardio/strength training ? I'd like to hear opinions of what you guys do to balance it out :)
