    I have it and really enjoy it.It is a hard workout, you will definitely feel it for the first week or so. There are 3 workouts but only 1 for each level so it can get redundant depending on how long it takes you to advance.

    I am almost have way through it. I dont think i will follow it all the way again. I like to mix it up.

    ive lost all of my weight only doing jillian michaels workouts. and ive lost about 60lbs since october. i started with the 30 day shred. so yes, it definitely worked for me!

    I haven't tried it but I just bought Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, 6 week 6 pack, and the trouble zones DVDs off of Amazon. Can't wait till they arrive! It sounded like the Ripped in 30 might be more challenging than 30 day shred so that's why I went with that one.

    if you are in good shape and looking for an intense workout, i would NOT buy it.

    i bought it because of the rave reviews everyone was giving it (and the price!), and i absolutely hate it.
    It is repetitive and not very challenging.
    I did levels 2 and 3 back to back for 3 days before giving up :yawn:

    Took a MFP poll and switched over to insanity.....now THAT is a workout!!!
