Hey there,, I just wanted to know how does everyone log their strangth exercises? And how do you know how many cals you've burned doing strength exercises?? Thanks!!

Can you save calories?
I have over 500 calories left for the day and I'm going away for a girlie weekend, which I know will involve lots of eating out and alcohol!! Can I save these calories and use them at the weekend??

Devastated!!!!
I have just had my lunch and filled in my food diary, only to find that 1 bowl of homemade carrot and corriandet soup has 511 calories!!!! i'm just gutted,, thought i was being really good!!! Will need to plan my meals better!
